1. What this policy covers

This policy explains which cookies ave ("AVE") sets on app.techbiz.ae and ave.techbiz.ae, operated by TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor SHARED DESK, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Our approach: strictly-necessary cookies only

AVE currently sets only strictly-necessary cookies — cookies that are technically required to deliver the service you request and to keep it secure. Under the ePrivacy rules applicable in your jurisdiction (for EEA users, the ePrivacy Directive as transposed into your national law), consent is not required for strictly-necessary cookies. For this reason, no cookie banner is shown.

We set no analytics cookies and no marketing/advertising cookies. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will first add a consent banner with granular opt-in choices, and update this policy.

3. Cookies we set

  • authjs.csrf-token (and related CSRF cookies of the same family) — protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary; lifetime: the browser session.
  • authjs.session-token — maintains an authenticated session for operator/admin access to the platform. Regular visitors do not need this cookie and typically receive only the CSRF/essential cookies. Strictly necessary; lifetime: up to 30 days.
  • Session-essential cookies — any additional cookies strictly required for load balancing, security, or correct display of the page during your visit. Strictly necessary; lifetime: session.

4. Third-party cookies at payment

When you proceed to payment, you are redirected to Stripe's checkout (checkout.stripe.com, initiated via our broker domain stripe.knowbest.ro). On its own domain, Stripe sets cookies under Stripe's cookie policy, as an independent operator of that checkout page. We do not control those cookies.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Because AVE uses only strictly-necessary cookies, blocking them may prevent forms, checkout, or admin login from working, but ordinary browsing of the marketing pages will largely still function.

6. International note

TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ is established in AE-MEYDAN-FZ, outside the EEA. If you visit from the EEA/UK and the GDPR applies to data collected via these cookies, the safeguards and rights described in our Privacy Policy apply, including for any transfer of EEA-origin data.
