1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ave ("AVE", the "Service"), a website-auditing platform available at app.techbiz.ae and ave.techbiz.ae, operated by TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ (registration no. 104935796300003), with its registered seat at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor SHARED DESK, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "the operator"). By submitting a website for audit, unlocking a report, or purchasing any service, you accept these Terms.
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. If you use it as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected by anything in these Terms.
2. The Service
AVE provides automated website auditing: you submit a website URL, our platform crawls the site (multi-page), and produces an audit report including performance, SEO, security, accessibility and trust scores, full-page screenshots, cookie/consent-banner scan results, and recommendations. You may also request optional fix/remediation services (Section 5).
Audit analysis and recommendations are AI-assisted and advisory only. Scores are informational estimates, not certifications, legal advice, or guarantees of compliance, ranking, or security. You remain responsible for decisions you take based on a report.
No customer account is required. To unlock a full report or purchase, you provide an email address (and optionally a first name) at checkout.
3. Authorization to audit — your warranty and indemnity
By submitting a URL you represent and warrant that you own the website at that URL, or are expressly authorized by its owner to request an audit of it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ, its affiliates, and their personnel against any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from an audit you requested without sufficient authorization.
We may, at our sole discretion, refuse, suspend, or stop any crawl or audit at any time — including where we suspect missing authorization, legal risk, or harm to the target site or our infrastructure.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use audit reports for your own internal business and commercial purposes (including improving the audited site and informing your customers or management).
You may not, without our prior written agreement: resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute reports or substantial parts of them as your own product; use the Service to attack, overload, or probe sites you are not authorized to audit; reverse-engineer the Service; or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Fix / remediation services
Where you request fixes, the operator (including via its affiliated Website Guru platform) may modify your website on your request and instructions only ("Fix Services"). The scope is limited to changes you request to your own site. You warrant that you have full authority over the website and its hosting/CMS access you provide. We will exercise reasonable skill and care in performing fixes. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your website before fixes are applied. The liability limits in Section 8 apply to Fix Services.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in USD unless indicated otherwise, and exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, or similar), which are added where required by law.
Payments are executed via Stripe, with TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ as the merchant of record. Checkout is technically facilitated by our group's central payment infrastructure, which initiates the Stripe session on our behalf. Card data is processed by Stripe; AVE never receives or stores your card details.
Refunds are handled per the refund policy communicated at checkout; statutory refund and withdrawal rights, where applicable to you, remain unaffected. Refund requests: dpo@4pro.io.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, scoring methodology, and report formats remain the property of TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. You retain all rights to your website and its content; you grant us only the limited license needed to crawl, analyze, store, and display it back to you for delivering the Service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law: we do not warrant that audits are error-free, exhaustive, or that following recommendations achieves any particular result; our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for willful misconduct or, where applicable, mandatory consumer rights).
9. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. To exercise data rights or contact us about data, email dpo@4pro.io (the Service has no customer account area or settings panel).
10. Changes, termination
We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be published at https://legal.knowbest.ro/en/terms/ave with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ (AE-MEYDAN-FZ), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence, which continue to apply where you act as a consumer. Disputes are subject to the courts at the operator's registered seat, again subject to any such mandatory rules granting you a different forum.
